W.B. Kibler Construction begins 18 month, $7,000,000. project for Midwestern State University

Wichita Falls - The scope of the project will include a major mechanical renovation and alteration, and sporting fields.

Arlington Classics Academy

Arlington - W.B. Kibler Construction has recently been selected to build a new charter school in Arlington, Texas. The school, Arlington Classics Academy, is relocating to an existing campus which will be extensively renovated. The Architect of record is Callahan & Freeman Architects of Fort Worth.
The scope of the project will include asbestos abatement, demolition, renovations, alterations, and new construction.
“We couldn’t be happier to have been selected. This is unique and one of a kind project,” states Ed Portier, President of the company.

At the celebration for the new building residents of the area showed their support for the area and the school district. Arlington - On Wednesday April 21, 2010 W.B. Kibler was presented with a 2010 TEXO Distinguished Building Award for the Museum of Biblical Art.
In June 2005, a terrible fire destroyed the Museum of Biblical Art and its contents including: the “Miracle at Pentecost” mural painting, 2,500 pieces of art, sculpture and artifacts, and all of the popular Judeo-Christian displays and art galleries.
The newly restored Museum of Biblical Art is now open to the public and WBK could not be more proud to be a part of the recovery and revival of this incredible structure and it's amazing history. |

Designed by Harper Perkins Architects of Wichita Falls, the addition and renovation is the first expansion since original construction. Both Harper Perkins and W.B. Kibler were reselected after a successful new campus was built in 2003. "We love repeat customers. Talks Carry on at Bryson ISD on New School Facility

A new, $9.3 million facility topped discussion Monday night at the regular meeting of Bryson Independent School District trustees. Representatives from W.B. Kibler Construction Co., architect Bill Slavik and Southwest Securities adviser Leon Johnson each submitted conceptions on the project from their own perspectives. Ed Portier and Joe Spoon with Kibler submitted a standard estimate report that gauged the price tag for construction on the main school at $5.5 million, the practice gym at $684,000, the ag building $220,000 and overhauling the auditorium at $630,000. In addition, $250,000 was built in to the formula for unknowns, parking lots, and underground utilities. |

The dates are quickly approaching for Harlingen to become home to almost a dozen new businesses. The biggest names include Walgreens, Starbucks, Logan’s Roadhouse, and Kohl’s.
The new Walgreens will be at the Woodmont Shopping Center between Tyler and Harrison avenues near the Expressway 77 / 83 interchange.
Construction inside and outside of Walgreens will be completed by mid-January, said Bill Krieger, Superintendent for the project from W.B. Kibler Construction Co., Ltd., General Contractors out of Dallas. |

A $60 million regional shopping center will open its first phase this fall in Rockwall, with the second phase materializing in fall 2008 and boosting its size to nearly 500,000 square feet.
The Plaza at Rockwall, near Interstate 30 and Highway 205, has 93% of its 332,000 square feet leased by the likes of J.C. Penney and Shoe Pavilion. "Phase two rings in at 150,000 square feet and will feature about 20 or more retailers and restaurants", said Stephen Coslik, President of The Woodmont Co., with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. |
