Design-Build Services
Since the late 1980s, we have performed Design-Assist services and since 1999, WBK has performed Design-Build services. We are comfortable with either delivery system. Both systems function similarly when the team shares the objectives and goals of the client. Many customers prefer Design-Build with its single point of responsibility. Others prefer to retain authority over the design team and encourage contractor participation in the development of the drawings. We are happy to participate in the system that works best for our customers. |

Pre-Construction Activities
The main benefit of partnering with a contractor from the onset of a project is their contributions during the pre-construction phase. Since every project team will vary per project, our application of this process is tailored to the specific requirements and constraints presented by the project, to guarantee the interests of our clients, and values of our project team.
